We believe individuals can progress incredibly well with a consistent assessment system that follows international standards. Our English qualifications are recognised internationally as a reliable evidence of proficiency in English. Assessment papers are set based on CEFR standards by the Trinity College of London and are conducted at the local authorised examination centres.
Graded Examinations in Spoken English GESE
GESE tests speaking and listening only.
For learners of all ages, 12 grades available from beginners to advanced (pre-A1 to C2).
Integrated Skills in English ISE
ISE tests speaking, listening, reading and writing.
For students preparing for study and work, 5 levels available from elementary to advanced (A2 to C2).
Young Performers In English
YPE tests and encourage performers skills in drama, music and performance.
For children aged 3-12 who are starting to learn English.
Communication Skills Qualifications
CSQ tests how candidates use language as a tool for communicating in a particular context.
For students preparing to develop communication skills that can have a positive impact in both education and workplace. 8 grades available. Grades 6-8 are eligible for UCAS points (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service) for those applying to colleges and universities.
The CEFR Standard
The Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) has grown in popularity in our country in recent times. Our Education Minister has given the directive that all secondary school teachers should achieve CEFR C1 examination standards. Students who passed the English Proficiency C1 exam are immediately recognised as good in English. Qualified candidates will receive certificates from Trinity College London. The certificates are valid for life.
